UTA holds General Assembly: more countries added.

The UTA held their end of the year general assembly to review ongoing projects in more than 110 countries. The GA was different this year as more than 8 new countries and representatives in the Sub-Saharan were nominated to a new post. Among the most notable was the election of Solomon Mwamba Wa Ngoy who will play a critical role in advising and leading more than 40 countries in the Sub Saharan regions for the implemenation of the new urban agenda as UTA President for  Executive Board for all Sub Saharan countries.


In other news the UTA has established an office and post in direct relation with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs. The new branch and post will partake in events held in Vienna for the ongoing research and developement of the UNOOSA.
